The ECCI Summer programme is a 7 week programme that began on the 18th of July 2016. Activities include: learning of musical instruments(Keyboard, Drum and Violin). Chess coaching and intense focus on the multiplication table (to ensure its in their working memory). Three Books: The Legend:Sir Ahmadu Bello(A Biography), Eze goes to School (A Story), The Priceless Gift (A Play/Drama) were the book list for the summer. So far, we have read 2 books out of the 3. Well, yesterday was TGIF and the children let down their hair. See pics below
We have one more book to read to end the summer class and a chess tournament with another organization coming up on Thursday. Do look out for our children, they are working hard at it.
